In this guided meditation we imagine divine qualities encircling us. These divine qualities act as a heavenly shield. We call this shield our Dream of Heaven and consider it a Return to Integrity Essential.
You may have been introduced to the Dream of Heaven through a guided meditation that utilized mudras. (Mudras are specific hand gestures that are held while meditating).
